					<description>Great tips!  Another thing to keep in mind when creating all of those to-do lists is that flexibiity needs to be part of your plan.

Don't get caught up in thinking you have to accomplish everything on your to-do list.

You never know what the future is going to bring.  If you plan to be flexible should something come up, you will be far less likely to get down on yourself for not meeting your goals.</description>
