Deborah Shearer is editor-in-chief and founder of Mrs. Organized. She has a big background in Sales & Marketing and today she’s passionate about merchandising, product assortments and marketing the Organize.com brand. Born and raised in upstate New York, Shearer moved to California in the 80′s. She’s spent time loving the gift, stationery and industries before designing and manufacturing childrens clothing under her own label, 24 KT Baby. In the 90′s, the path led her to Storage & Organization and the Craft & Hobby industries, working with some of the best retailers in the country.

In the fall of 2006, Deborah married Terry Shearer, President and Founder of Organize.com. Today, they work together and are living happily ever after just outside of LA. In her spare time, Deborah enjoys writing, reading, shopping, entertaining, her two children and traveling with husband, Terry.
